Things are progressing with the Lowell project.

I have attached the latest plans for the 2 houses. There are some minor changes that will occur to both plans after meeting with the City, however nothing significant.

I have met with several lenders that have a keen interest in the project with favorable terms.

The timeline from now is have the drawings completed sufficiently so the contractor can develop construction budgets within the next 3 weeks, and final budgets in 5 weeks.

We should submit for a Building Permit by March 1, 2015. Our anticipated start date is April 1, depending on weather conditions.

I will send a separate email with the wiring information and instructions to send your investor contribution.

We need transfer of your funds by February 23, 2015.
